In addition to a much-needed update, the clients desired a spa-like environment for their Master Bedroom + Bath. Sea Pearl Quartzite slabs were chosen as the inspiration for this color scheme and used on an accent wall + vanity in the bath, as well as the adjacent fireplace hearth. The bathroom layout was reconfigured to increase function + storage & finishes were updated with luxurious conveniences such as the crystal chandelier, heated tile floor + private bidet, etc.
Using ivory stacked stone and sheet rock to cover an awkward corner and create space for the wall mounted TV, the fireplace was transformed from an eyesore to an asset. An elegant, transitional style, silver-leaf chandelier replaced the ceiling fan. The upholstered headboard with luxurious fabrics customized on the bedding and window treatments finish off the ethereal retreat.
